Our newly built holiday apartments combine smart design with cozy living comfort.
Private saunas will allow you to relax any time you want. In our garden you will find small relax-oasis, a lawn with a sunbathing area, sun loungers and a swimming pool.
The four holiday apartments are named after four women who live and work at the Erbacherhof. Each one tells its own story and was individually designed.

The “Greti’s Suite” holiday apartment has a spacious eat-in kitchen, one bedroom, two bathrooms, a private Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, a fireplace and a terrace.

The prices are per night and apartment for 2 persons.
For each additional guest aged 12 and over, we charge a surcharge of €40 per night.
For stays shorter than the specified minimum duration, a surcharge will be added to the listed price.
In addition to the stated price, a local tourist tax of €2.40 per person (aged 14 and over) per day applies. This is charged separately and payable on site.
The local tax is indicated separately and paid on site.
The price includes bed linen, hand, bath and sauna towels as well as a bathrobe, electricity, heating, Bolzano Guestcard and final cleaning. There is an extra charge for intermediate cleaning.
Please note that only cash payments up to a maximum of €4,999.99 are possible at the farm. You will find an ATM in the center of Rentsch (250m away). We are also happy to accept bank transfers in advance or card payments.
In order to save costs and protect yourself, we recommend the “Red Rooster” Cancellation Insurance. Click here and stipulate yourself your holiday insurance.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 4 weeks before arrival: free cancellation
- up to 2 weeks before arrival: we charge 50 % of the total amount booked
- from 1 week before arrival: we charge 90 % of the total amount booked
Booking changes and cancellations must be communicated to us in writing. In case of a no-show or shortening of the stay, the full amount of the accomodation price will be charged.
Explicit reference is made to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
Check-In is possible from 3 p.m. In order to ensure the best possible process, we ask you to let us know your approximate arrival time.
If you arrive late at night, you can check in by yourself. Please contact us in advance to plan your arrival.
Check-out should be by 10:00 a.m.
With the Bolzano Guestcard you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge.
You can also benefit from a varied weekly program and receive discounts for numerous services. More information can be found at:
On request, we are happy to pick up our guests on arrival at Bolzano train station or airport.
A free monitored parking space is available for each apartment, with an electric charging station available for a fee. There is also the possibility to park your car in the garage.
Enjoy our fresh and individually prepared breakfast basket with farm-own and regional products.
The breakfast basket can be ordered directly at your accommodation the day before. Price: €25 per person aged 12 and over, €12 for children aged 6 and over.
We would also be happy to get you fresh bread rolls from the bakery every day (order the day before).
Please note that we do not offer breakfast or bread roll service on Sundays.
Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at the Erbacherhof.
