Our newly built holiday apartments combine smart design with cozy living comfort.
Private saunas will allow you to relax any time you want. In our garden you will find small relax-oasis, a lawn with a sunbathing area, sun loungers and a swimming pool.
The four holiday apartments are named after four women who live and work at the Erbacherhof. Each one tells its own story and was individually designed.
APARTAMENT "GRETI’S SUITE"
The “Greti’s Suite” holiday apartment has a spacious eat-in kitchen, one bedroom, two bathrooms, a private Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, a fireplace and a terrace.

Useful information
The prices are per night and apartment for 2 persons.
For stays shorter than the specified minimum duration, a surcharge will be added to the listed price.
In addition to the price, there is the stipulated local tax per person (from 14 years) of €2.00 a day.
The price includes bed linen, hand, bath and sauna towels as well as a bathrobe, electricity, heating, Bolzano Guestcard and final cleaning. There is an extra charge for intermediate cleaning.
Please note that only cash payments up to a maximum of €4,999.99 are possible at the farm. You will find an ATM in the center of Rentsch (250m away). We are also happy to accept bank transfers in advance or card payments.
Please note: In order to confirm the booking, the payment of a desposit is required and is only binding after the transfer confirmation has been sent.
South Tyrol introduced the local tax in 2014, which varies depending on the municipality and is constantly being adjusted.
The prices are therefore plus €2.00 local tax per person (from 14 years) and day. The local tax is indicated separately and paid on site.

For each additional person we charge a surcharge of 40 € per night.

The following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 4 weeks before arrival: free cancellation
- up to 2 weeks before arrival: we charge 50 % of the total amount booked
- from 1 week before arrival: we charge 90 % of the total amount booked
Booking changes and cancellations must be communicated to us in writing. In case of a no-show or shortening of the stay, the full amount of the accomodation price will be charged.
Explicit reference is made to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
Check-In is possible from 3 p.m. In order to ensure the best possible process, we ask you to let us know your approximate arrival time.
Check-out should be by 10:00 a.m.
If you arrive late at night, you can check in by yourself. Please contact us in advance to plan your arrival.

Our apartments are equipped for a comfortable holiday: each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
Dishwasher, detergent, kitchen and bed linen, hand, bath and sauna towels are included in the price. You will also find salt, pepper, sugar and coffee in the kitchen.
With the Bolzano Guestcard you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge.
You can also benefit from a varied weekly program and receive discounts for numerous services. More information can be found at:
On request, we are happy to pick up our guests upon arrival at the train station in Bolzano.
One monitored free parking space is available for each apartment. There is also the possibility to park your car in the garage upon an extra fee.
All guests have access to a common room with kitchen and breakfast terrace.
In our product corner in the lounge, we offer you our farm’s own products for sale, depending on the season.
Enjoy our fresh and individually prepared breakfast basket with farm-own and regional products.
The breakfast basket can be ordered directly at your accommodation the day before. Price: €25 per person aged 12 and over, €12 for children aged 6 and over.
We would also be happy to get you fresh bread rolls from the bakery every day (order the day before).
Please note that we do not offer breakfast or bread roll service on Sundays.
In all apartments you have free internet and satellite TV.
Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
We live and work in close contact with nature and therefore attach great importance to the careful use of available resources.
Our apartments are built according to the KLIMAHAUS NATURE standard and are heated with renewable energy (heat pump and photovoltaic system).
If you arrive with your electric car, you are welcome to use our e-charging station (upon fee).
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at the Erbacherhof.
Sundays are family days for us and we like to spend them with our loved ones. We therefore ask for your understanding that no breakfast service is offered on Sundays.
